All customers must meet the requirements of:
• Minimum age of 21 years. For high performance vehicles, the minimum age will be 25 years;

• Present a major credit card in your name at time of rental, with available credit. In addition to the advance rental cost, an additional fee may be required, or
• Meet requirements based on deposit type. Present a debit card or other acceptable form of payment, subject to eligibility described in the payment policy.
Customers residing in the United States, US territories or Canada must present a valid, government-issued driver's license that includes a photograph of the customer. Digital licenses are not accepted. The driver's license must be valid for the entire rental period.
It is the responsibility of international customers traveling to the United States to check with the appropriate Department of Motor Vehicles in the States or Provinces in which they intend to travel to ensure compliance with their various licensing laws. The following practices are used to ensure that the customer presents a valid license at the time of rental.
Customers traveling to the United States from other countries must present a valid, unexpired driver's license from their home country, including a photograph. If the home country driver's license is in a language other than English, with a Latin alphabet, for example Spanish or German, an international driver's license is recommended, but not required, for translation purposes in addition to the driver's license. home country driver's license.
If the home country driver's license is in a language other than English, but the alphabet is not Latin, for example, Arabic, Japanese, etc., an international driver's license is required.

No customer will be able to rent a vehicle presenting only the International Driver's License. The international driver's license is just a translation of the customer's home country driver's license and they may be asked to provide additional documentation such as a valid passport.

Temporary driver's licenses may be refused if the rental location cannot verify the customer's identity or verify the authenticity of the temporary license. Additional government-issued identification may be required.
Yes, we can study your needs on a case-by-case basis. During your booking on the website, all your documents and credit cards will be verified and/or additional information may be requested. At that time, you will be able to choose pre-determined locations for car pick-up and drop-off or other unspecified location, for example, drop off at your hotel. For each location you choose, there is a delivery and return fee, or it may even be free, depending on the location.
After delivery of the vehicle at the chosen location, all documents presented during the reservation will be requested for verification.

No, unless you are a spouse or domestic partner, included as an additional driver at the time of booking. The renter's spouse or domestic partner who meets the same age and driver's license requirements as the renter are authorized drivers at no additional charge. An additional driver, other than the spouse or domestic partner, can only be added to the contract on one of our operational bases and may be added or removed midway through the contract. When adding an additional driver midway through the contract, both the renter and the additional driver must be present at the location.

By default, all vehicles will be delivered with a full tank. You will have two options on how to pay for fuel:
A) Pay at time of rental: This option allows you to pay for a full tank of fuel at the time of rental and return the car with an empty tank. Remember, no refunds will be given for unused fuel. The initial fuel quantity value is an estimate based on current prices and the average tank capacity for the chosen car class, and may change at the time of rental.
B) Pay on Return: This option allows you to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas or pay Lynx Rental Cars at the end of the rental for the fuel used but not replaced. The value per gallon/liter will be higher than fuel prices at gas stations.
Lynx Rental Cars' rental policy allows most rental vehicles to be driven only within the State of Florida, however, if the customer wishes to travel outside of Florida, this must be communicated immediately during booking. All reservations are valid for 24 hours from the scheduled pick-up time for flights that are delayed.
We will be open for up to 2 hours after the official closing time of the public service, to assist our customers who are delayed due to their flight.

Yes, but out of respect for all our other customers, any type of pet must be stowed in its transport crate and the car must be returned without any traces of fur or other dirt, to avoid cleaning fees and allergies.
There is an option for you to purchase 24/7 Roadside Assistance (RSA) from Owner for an additional fee. If you purchase 24/7 Roadside Assistance, Owner agrees, subject to actions that invalidate the Collision Damage Waiver, to contractually waive Renter's liability for the cost of providing 24/7 roadside assistance (when available), including Towing Package within a 25 mile radius, delivery of the vehicle to the nearest repair shop for repairs, replacement of lost keys including remote entry devices, flat tire service if no spare tire is available, the vehicle will be towed. The cost of a replacement tire is not covered by RSA, locking service if keys are locked inside the vehicle, jump starters and fuel delivery service for up to 3 gallons (or equivalent liters) of fuel if Vehicle is no fuel.
If Renter does not purchase RSA, or RSA is invalidated for violating driving guidelines as set out above, roadside assistance will be available, but standard fees will apply. For roadside assistance, contact [email protected] and let us know in detail what happened, exact location.
All our cars have transponders installed and properly numbered, so for your economy, convenience and time saving on your travels, you won't have to stop to pay tolls, go ahead and enjoy your trip.

After finishing your rental, the entire toll amount used will be charged from your credit card, plus a small administration fee per day used (see tariff table during the beginning of your reservation). Due to processing time, some debits may occur up to 4 days after the end of the rental.
Traffic and parking infractions are charged directly to the vehicle's driver's license holder and not to the license plate, so you will be informed.
